I have been feeling so insecure lately. Anxiety is through the roof.

I still don’t have any follow up from my EKG. She said I would see the results that day – the doctor would look it over and then I would have the details.

I’m at Disneyland chowing down on Plaza Inn Fried Chicken refreshing my Kaiser App and emails.

Since I haven’t gotten any follow up I’m all sorts of nervous and questioning so much.
